| At times, we are tempted to classify emotions as "good" and "bad." While it is certainly productive to choose which emotions are most helpful to us, consider the possibility that even with the "bad" emotions, there is a gift of deeper understanding. Next time you are frustrated or angry, ask yourself how you are thankful for that emotion - what do you discover? |
