The Art.

The Kobbi Community symbol's mirrored circles and repeated spirals imply multiple individuals connected by common ground. The fullness of the symbol invokes diversity, richness, and choice within shared space, while the flattened edge of each spiral invokes support and inclusion.

The Meaning.

Communities of any size are groups of people joined by commonalities: culture, place, pastimes, passions, beliefs, purpose. As members we may be near or far from one another, alike or not alike; whatever the case, we belong to the community and enjoy its benefits as well as do our part to keep it alive.

When we take a moment to appreciate community, we are reminded of the privilege of belonging and the joys of connection, support, and sharing. We are inspired to take pride in our role as both members in and contributors to community.
 
Every human being belongs to some community; many of us belong to more than just one. What communities come to mind, when you reflect on the groups with whom you share commonalities? How are you thankful for those groups, and what does your membership bring to you, and in return, to the group?
